On Thursday 21st June 2007 we will depart London Stanstead blurry eyed for Prague, For Mr McCarthy's farewell (we'll miss you).

We then depart Prague on a direct train through Slovakia to Hungary and her capital Budapest. This should take approximately 6 hours and I'm sure those of you who have been on a train with Mr Tett know this will be real entertainment (those who haven't ENJOY).

Our stay in Budapest will be 2 nights with the first as a recovery from the night before and the second a fond farewell to Mr Lord (we'll miss you as well).

The Saturday day will have some form of activity e.g Paint balling or quad biking. We will return to Stanstead on the 18.40 flight on Sunday 24th 2007.

More details will be kept as closely guarded secrets from the Grooms but all I can say is they are in for a treat of sorts.

This is an approximate breakdown of costs and when payment will be required:
Flights - £70 by 31st December 2006

Accommodation - £51 if hostel in Prague and Hotel in Budapest and £35 if Hostel in both locations. By 28th February 2007.

Activity- £40 by 30th April 2007.

Total £161 (Hostel and Hotel) or £145 (Hostels).

The train and any transfers will be payable locally, as a guide the train should be £40 and a standard transfer £10 although they can be quite elaborate (more of that later). All these prices are a best estimate only.
